# Anzeigen und Abrufen Ihrer Backups auf dem Server

## Übersicht über Ihre Backups

Wenn Sie sich in Ihr OptaMed-Konto unter <https://app.optamed.ch/backups> einloggen, haben Sie einen Überblick über Ihre Backups.

Datum der ältesten Sicherung, der aktuellsten und die Anzahl der verfügbaren Sicherungen.

## Wiederherstellen einer Sicherung

Sie können sich jederzeit in Ihr OptaMed-Konto einloggen und ein Backup herunterladen. In der Regel laden Sie ein Backup herunter, wenn Sie den Computer wechseln oder wenn Probleme aufgetreten sind.

Über Ihr Konto (<https://app.optamed.ch/backups>) können Sie alle verfügbaren Sicherungen finden.

Durch einfaches Anklicken des gewünschten Backups erhalten Sie die Details des Backups.

Wenn Sie auf **Download** klicken, wird eine .zip-Datei auf Ihren Computer heruntergeladen.

Für MacOS-Benutzer sollte ein .zip-Ordner nicht geöffnet werden. Wenn sie geöffnet ist, kann sie nicht zur Restauration im Programm verwendet werden. Wenn Sie sie versehentlich öffnen, laden Sie sie einfach erneut herunter.
