# Konto zurücksetzen

Achtung! Diese Prozedur löscht alle Daten von OptaMed und diese Aktion ist unumkehrbar. Führen Sie dieses Verfahren nur durch, wenn es Ihnen vom OptaMed-Support empfohlen wurde.

Bei Problemen mit der Anmeldung bei der OptaMed-Anwendung oder um den Benutzer zu wechseln, müssen Sie folgende Schritte durchführen:

1\. Beenden Sie die OptaMed-Anwendung, falls sie geöffnet ist.

2\. Geben Sie in einem Fenster des Windows Explorers `%AppData%` in die Suchleiste ein, wie im Bild unten gezeigt, und bestätigen Sie mit der "Enter"-Taste.

3\. Löschen Sie den Ordner "ch.optamed.prod", der in der Liste erscheint.

4\. Starten Sie OptaMed erneut und geben Sie Ihre Anmeldedaten an.
